During a recent production optimization campaign with a major oil operator, we assisted in a team going from "good to elite" by achieving an industry-leading 98% operability during a Rapidly Optimized coaching phase, while simultaneously driving potentially severe energy-isolation incidents from an average of 3.5 per month to zero.

By coaching supervisors in SOF style strategic planning and execution, strengthening communication across a geographically dispersed fleet, and tightening feedback loops from the executive level to the field, the team finally operationalized a critical modernization system that had stalled for two years, delivering true Performance Efficiency exactly as our name promises.

As one leader put it, "We followed ROPE's recommendations and our workers implemented Project X in the field which we have been trying to do for 2 years. I don't think we would have gotten there without ROPE." Another shared, "We started having an automation tech work in our Command Center, this was a direct recommendation that ROPE helped get from our workers... Everyone says this is the #1 improvement we've made".

The results speak for themselves: when culture, communication, and execution align, sustained operational excellence isn't just possible, it becomes inevitable.

One year ago, ROPE joined forces with a major oil and gas operator to tackle stagnant culture and reduce injuries on the rigs. The goal: a 15% drop in recordable injuries. The outcome: a staggering nearly 95% reduction on the rigs where ROPE actively coached, with first aid incidents dropping just as dramatically.

The takeaway is clear, strong safety starts with strong leadership, and investing in it transforms both culture and results.

Green Beret Foundation recently visited Occidental Petroleum's (Oxy) headquarters to commend the company for its commitment to a transformational culture change initiative. Oxy has partnered with ROPE Solutions, LLC to drive this change, a partnership that has resulted in the hiring of over 40 Special Operations veterans, 13 of whom are Green Beret veterans.

The Foundation emphasized the significance of providing elite veterans with a new mission and purpose beyond the battlefield, showcasing the value of these highly skilled individuals in new environments. The collaboration highlights Oxy's commitment not only to operational excellence but also to fostering an inclusive, purpose-driven culture.
