[Rig Employee] was the unfortunate floorhand who had his foot broken by the sub rack on the floor.  His first day he attempted to push something out the V-door without gloves. A few minutes later at the 4-hour debrief, he mentioned how that wasn't the case back when he was injured. He told us how the culture had changed in the few months he had been off in a good way.
