Most of our coaches come from special operations backgrounds, specifically irregular warfare. Not because of the resume it produces, but because of the character it demands. Irregular warfare doesn't offer straight lines or templated solutions. It selects for people who can read deeply complex, multifaceted human dynamics in real time, adapt without a playbook, and find the right answer for this situation, not the standard one.
