Sean’s leadership experience spans command and advisory positions at every level of the Army. A seasoned pilot and instructor, Mark served as the Chief Instrument Standardization Pilot for the U.S. Navy and instructed in Primary Fixed-Wing, Advanced Multi-Engine, Advanced Helicopter, and MH-60S Fleet Replacement Squadrons. He deployed four times in support of combat operations, gaining firsthand experience in leading teams and making critical decisions in complex, high-pressure environments. His diverse aviation background and operational expertise have shaped a leadership philosophy grounded in precision, adaptability, and continuous improvement. Mark’s career also includes significant achievements in strategic program design and executive leadership. As a Staff Officer and Project Manager for the Chief of Naval Air Training, he was responsible for the strategic design and implementation of the Navy’s first unmanned aerial vehicle undergraduate training system.     With over 20 years in Army Special Operation as a Green Beret, Arthur brings with him a wide range of experience from operating, leading and building teams, integrating and fostering relationships in various environments and with different cultures around the world. Arthur continues to serve in Special Forces in a reserve capacity and has contracted for multiple government organizations since 2011. He provided diplomatic protection in Iraq as well as instruction and mentoring for The State Department. Arthur was selected through a rigorous vetting process to be a member of a classified DOD project in Afghanistan, where he was quickly promoted to Team Leader of the Personnel Recovery Team.
