During a recent production optimization campaign with a major oil operator, we assisted in a team going from "good to elite" by achieving an industry-leading 98% operability during a Rapidly Optimized coaching phase, while simultaneously driving potentially severe energy-isolation incidents from an average of 3.5 per month to zero. By coaching supervisors in SOF style strategic planning and execution, strengthening communication across a geographically dispersed fleet, and tightening feedback loops from the executive level to the field, the team finally operationalized a critical modernization system that had stalled for two years, delivering true Performance Efficiency exactly as our name promises.
